Lakeisha Menifee, known professionally as Dr. Kiki “Rocket Lady Unlimited” is an educational consulting coach, speaker and philanthropist. Dr. Kiki holds a Doctor of Education Degree from Texas Southern University, a master's degree from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree from Prairie View A&M University.
Dr. Kiki has been an education professional for 20 years in the areas of Science and Mathematics. She is currently the President and Founder of the non-profit organization Stem Up, which is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics with Urban Perspective. She is also the Chief Executive Officer for Abundance Educational Consulting (AEC) corporation.
As the CEO of AEC, Dr. Kiki works with schools and universities to supervise incoming leadership as they transition into a new school program, and network with district campus leaders to identify students that would benefit from instructional programs. AEC also helps to ascertain proper grade placement, development and outreach programs for various universities in the area of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education for grades K-12.

Stem up specializes in providing underprivileged youth who are demonstrating
low academic performance with premier student-centered learning experiences. Partnerships with after school programs allows Dr. Kiki to introduce the students to coding, rocketry and fun interactive chemistry projects.
As a philanthropist, Dr. Kiki has helped to raise thousands of dollars in scholarships and has worked with local celebrities and athletes for her annual Christmas giveaways, and comedy show fundraiser.

Sarah Parsons is a dedicated environmental educator with a passion for fostering a love of nature and science in young minds. Armed with a Master of Science in Environmental Education from the esteemed Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston, Sarah brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her teaching endeavors.
With a career spanning various educational settings, Sarah has proven her ability to create engaging and effective curriculum. As a Curriculum Coordinator at a prominent Museum District Childcare Center, she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing enriching educational experiences for children. Her innovative approach to curriculum development not only aligns with state standards but also incorporates hands-on, experiential learning opportunities.
Sarah's extensive background in education extends beyond traditional classrooms. Her tenure at the renowned U.S. Space Camp provided her with a unique perspective on science education, emphasizing the importance of making complex concepts accessible and exciting for learners of all ages.
